Leaderboard scores/rankers/rankings around a given user score (Unity)

Question

I would like to retreive 5 scores below and above my user's ranking. Currently the only way to do this is by getting all rankings. Am I missing something or is this feature in the pipeline?

P.S. My targets are web, iOS and Android from Unity
