I was trying to send an e-mail to support@shephertz.com, but I got response from gmail:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     support@shephertz.com

Technical details of permanent failure:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain shephertz.com by smtp.secureserver.net. [72.167.238.29].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 5.1.1 <support@shephertz.com> Recipient not found.  <http://x.co/irbounce>

 

What could be the problem?
