not able to create room in appwrap

Question

i have create one new app (using Graphical User Interface of appwrap) in my appwrap account 

and now i am creating STATIC room (using Graphical User Interface of appwrap)  in my newly created app but the room is not created

i tried many times but only refresh icon is rotating and nothing happen.

i am getting THIS SERVICE DOES NOT BELOG TO APPWRAP

please help me appwrap team.

Hi Bhavesh,

I tested this at my end and I am able to create Static Rooms from AppHQ Management Console. Could you please add me(collaborator@shephertz.co.in) as a collaborator to your app in AppHQ so that I can directly look into your app where you are getting this problem.

P.S.: To add me as collaborator in AppHQ, Login to AppHQ->Select AppWarp as product -> Select Team Collaborator from left most menu -> Add Collaborator -> Enter above mentioned email ID to add.
