PaaS access problem

0 votes
I created PaaS wordpress server.

During the working with wp, I did to commit a bit blunder. My local wp-config.php file was uploaded to PaaS server and replaced the original one.

So the wordpress site has got the error establishing to the connection to DB because of DB info is changed.

Now I can't do anything to recovery for it in PaaS.

Why PaaS is designed? Why Shephertz team doesn't give a way to access to own serverVM.

Does Anyone has a solution?

Hi,

We have sorted out your issue.

There are certain restrictions to give direct access to the user. However you can do most of the things from our Dashboard.

But in this special case as you mentioned that wp-config.php was uploaded to PaaS server by mistake which resulted in error establishing connecting to DB as while starting up Word Press tries to connect to DB to get all the information.

However we cannot give direct access to the server vm but we will definitely give a solution on our Dashboard for such type of situations.
