When did the app42 iOS API change to using completion blocks? Is it backwards compatible?

I have just spotted that the App42 API now uses completion blocks???

Is this backwards compatible with the previous API version?

Hello,

App42 iOS API written on Synchronous/Asynchronous mode. In Asynchronous mode we have used completion blocks which we are going to support in future as well. For backward compatibility, we have maintained the separate Framework, which you can find in the version folder from here. We will recommend you to update your project because we are going to deprecate synchronous API in 4.0 release.

Thanks Himanshu. Do you announce major changes like this anywhere, do you have a newsletter I can sign up to?
Otherwise, thumbs up for moving to async - I can get rid of all those NSOperations now...
Yes, you can subscribe to our newsletter from our website & let us know if you have more questions for us.
