How to get all registered facebook users?

I want to implement a Random Match system in our game.

Is it possible to get all users that linked their facebook accounts and perform random matching?

Thanks in advanced.

[Edit] Basically, I want to challenge facebook users that are not my facebook friends.

In such case, you need to use invite feature of Facebook SDK which help you to find the list of users. Please have a look at this link and let us know if it helps.
