IOS Push Not sent - Even if the Push log says Successful

Hi,

I am testing the Push Notification for IOS. The device is getting registered successfully. When I send a push message, I dont get it on my Iphone ( I have allowed the Push Notification for the app). 

Also I turned on the Push Log and I can see the message was sent successfully.

 

iOS Push notification sent successfully to: XXXXXXXXX

What can go wrong? Can you please advise on what can the problem be?

Hi,

It may come if there is a mismatch between development and production device tokens. Please make sure if you are sending push to device token whihc belongs to development environment then the app on the device also must be installed with development provisional profile.

I will recommend you to store new user with fresh device token and send push to that user.
