Best way to create a backup (Export and Import)

0 votes
Dear team, I am using AppHQ dashboard and I am trying to find the best way in order to backup and restore my data but I find it difficult. If I export the file as .csv I have headers of updatedAt, createdAt, ... but when I import the file, how can I set the same dates? I see that I only can to import a json with the data but createAt and other headers are created again. I don't know how to solve this and I see a very high risk for the future if I want to restore all my data. What do you suggest? Best regards

Hi,

The export feature is available from dashboard so that you can analyze your data if needed. Importing is considered as a new data and it does not alter the previous data for security reasons.

But we do take back ups on demand and restore whenever requested and it is available with the dedicated account on us.

Please write us on support@shephertz.com so that we can take this further.

Thanks,

Rajeev
