failing to connect room

Hi, I have exact code as of tutorials available on appwrap for making a game like tic tac toe. I have apk key and secret key from ShepHertz developer dashboard AppHq. As well as I have created room as shown in the tutorial attached to this.But my simulators aren't connecting to this room and displaying failed message. What should I do?
