You can send text messages to the users in multiple ways explained below.

                -  Using Push Notification - you can send push notification using PushNotification Service to the users. More details for PushNotification Service, please visit http://api.shephertz.com/app42-docs/push-notification-service/

                -  Using Buddy Service - You can send message using Buddy Service to the users. For more details for Buddy Service, please visit  http://api.shephertz.com/app42-docs/buddy-management-service/

Message/Queue - You can send messages using Message/Queue Service to the users. For more details for Message/Queue Service, please visit http://api.shephertz.com/app42-docs/message-queue-service/

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMS for general cell phone, not smart phone

Short Message Service is not directly provided by us. You can always integrate third party SMS gateways to avail this service.
You can use Custom Code from App42 Cloud APIs  to call third party SMS services.

Could we use " Message/Queue Service " or " Buddy Service - send message to group / friend / friends " or other service that you provide to send text / voice / picture message ?

Will those messages history be stored ?

You can use Buddy Service because Message/Queue service does not store history and Buddy service maintain the history.
