Email not being sent

Hi. I am trying to set up the email service for my app but the emails aren't being sent. The email account is a Gmail account. I tried enabling POP and IMAP but it still doesn't work. I also enabled Access for less secure apps in the account settings.

My email service configuration settings are:

Host: smtp.gmail.com

Port: 465

SSL: Yes

 

Any help would be appreaciated. Thanks!

Are you getting any exception while sending an email ? Make sure that your email Id & password are correct. Also if possible then please send an email from AppHQ Management Console and see if you are able to send it with your configuration. 

If it does not help, please write an email to support@shephertz.com with your app info.
