How to replace file in the File storage

Question

Hi. I wanted to update file on the filestorage. 

When I try to upload the file second time, it gives me 2100 - BAD REQUEST - The Request parameters are invalid. File by the name '${name}' already Exists.  Now I delete it and upload again, it works but Is there any effective way to replace files on the file storage?

Hello,

Updating the user file is not supported as of now. The only way to replace file is to delete the existing file & upload it again. We have taken your request and put it in our product backlog, will update you when any timeline is defined for the same.
