When I send a push notification from the APP42 console, my mobile isn't getting any notifications?

Hello,

Have you enabled the push logs for your app? You can enable your push logs using following steps.

To enable push logs for your app, follow the below points:

  • Login to AppHQ Management Console
  • Click on App Manager >> View Apps/Settings
  • Click on enable button of Push Logs State to enable the logs for your push messages 

After enabling the logs, send a notification to your app user and see what is the error message you are getting in push logs under Push notification.

Let us know the message inside it to solve the issue.
