I have put some logs in the SDK which can be downloaded from here( Can you please download this SDK and try? Please share complete logs from your Xcode console whenever this issue comes. It will really help to debug the problem.
Thanks a lot for your quick move...

But it's kind of hard to reproduce.
It happened when network is not stable and trying to reconnect / rejoin.
We received the crash from online reporting system,
so we may have no time to use Xcode to wait it happens. Sorry about that.

Hope the info is helpful.
Can you let me know the room related APIs, you are using? It will help to narrow down the possible causes.
