Is it now possible to trigger a custom code from a URL get method?

Hi there,

We want to make an external server to send us an URL with some parameters and save them on our sever, but the only way they can give us the information is by using a URL GET method, so we were wondering if it is possible to trigger a custom code that do something with the values sended by this external server.

There is an old question about it (http://forum.shephertz.com/?qa=3349/is-it-possible-to-run-custom-code-via-a-url&show=3349#q3349), but is more than a year old, so is there any change on the work around answered there? or a good example to achieve this?

Thanks in advance!

Hello Developer,

Right now there is only way which is described here(http://forum.shephertz.com/?qa=3349/is-it-possible-to-run-custom-code-via-a-url&show=3349#q3349) to call custom code. If you are facing any issue while implementing this thing, than let me know.
