Old Configuration Data after upgrade

I have updgrade configruation for gpass app from dashboard but after upgrade it has removed my app and room from server, i need all details back for old app and room. please reply ASAP

There was some temporary issue while restoring the data. We can restore the data from backend, please let me know if it need to be restored.

Also, please share your GPaaS details like GPaaS app name, IP Address and zone name at support@shephertz.com. It will help us to provide better support.
