App42 Marmalade features today availables

I found this service surfing on the Marmalade forum and I'm interested in the Marmalade features already availables. In fact, we're almost ready to publish a new app and the Push Notification service would be really useful, among all.

Since I'm not able to find detailed info on your website, could you please tell me "where we are"?
