While using App42 service's curd operation's in javaScript not working properly and didn't get _App42_SessionId also ?

While using App42 service's curd operation's in angular js everything working fine and getting _App42_SessionId, But in javaScript App42 service's curd operations not working properly and didn't get _App42_SessionId also What is solution?
