Custom code exception

Question

I'm trying to work now with custom code.

It's an amazing feature, it works pretty well but it's really hard to find when there's an error.

Is there any way to easily see the last exceptions thrown by custom code when a crash occurs ?

You can use the log service and put that in your custom code to debug this. Put try catch in your code and log error in case of exception. You should be able to see the exception in AppHQ console under log service. Let me know if it helps.

I did it but it's not enough : sometimes there's a crash and I got no informations about it.

At the time of crash what is there in device log? Are you seeing any exception coming from App42?

if it's a crash there is nothing in the log service.

What is there in device console log? It would help in debugging the issue.
