App42 backend API service status

Some of our App42 cloud API users might face latency issues when connecting to our backend. We are working on it and will update this thread once resolved.

It seems that the service is not working again. I am getting times of 95100 ms for a simple request.  So the api times out. Any issue?

We expect to resolve the issue in the next few hours.

90 Percent of Services are restored to Normal state at 5:00 PM UTC. Expected to resolve all the services to normalcy in next half an hour.
