Count of query - how to avoid limit of 100

Question

In my android app, I want to use storageService.getCountByQuery(db, collection, query).getTotalRecords(), but this function seems to be limited to 100... Why? And how can I solve that problem? How can I count the results?

 

I want to retrieve the count of documents that fullfill a custom query and for all queries that should return a result greater than 100 I get 100...

Hello,

Kindly use findDocumentByQueryWithPaging method to get the count of documents more than 100 records. This method will return the Storage Object which contain the exact count of documents(storage.getRecordCount()). Please check & let us know if it helps.

Also requesting you not to use getCountByQuery method because we are going to deprecate in our up coming release.
