The subscription for the multiplayer service is paid monthly or ?

Hello, 

This is my first post here but i hope i will post more often and also start helping the community if i can. 

I am also not really sure if this is the right place to ask something like this. Please if its not just say so.
Well the question is pretty much what the title says. Lets say i want to use the Appwarp service and the free tier is not good enough for me so i am thinking to subscribe for the Flush tier. So the question is :i will pay for just 1 month of service and if its going good i can pay for my next month and continue using the service, or is there some kind of 6-months or yearly kind of subscription that i have to pay in order to use this service?
