demo for buddy services

Question

I am going to start with buddy management,Could anyone let me know where or in which scenerios i can use this service and How? Because i am not able to understand this.No demo available for this.From where to get service API . Thanks

The simple example of buddy service is you can create chat app. Using this service, you can send/accept friend request, create group, add friends into group, messaging to individual users or a group of people etc features.
