can user play in multiple rooms at the same time?

Hi,

          1.Is it possible to manage multiple rooms at the same time?

            2.is it possible to enter into new room with out exiting from  existing room?If so what happens to existing room?Can user  reenter into this room again?if so how?

No, a user can only be in one room at a time. You can leave and re-join a room via the joinRoom and leaveRoom APIs.
