how to choice Flush plan?

I want to subscribe Flush plan.But there is no Flush plan but only Full House ,Jack pot Royal Flush. so how to choice Flush?

Actually, the flush plan has been discontinued since Novemeber, 2015 and you can directly subscribe for $100/month or $310/month subscriptions from your dashboard.
