[URGENT] Appwarp Authorize Error

Hi, Some of our users are having difficulties when connecting to Appwarp. Most of the time, they are receiving AuthorizeError. I have much information about connection resilliency, but this doesnt seem about it. I think, when a user disconnects from server, this has to be done after a few minutes at most. Again, this is happening to some users, so I is there a problem with disconnecting user? Thanks,

What is reasonCode you are getting along with Auth_Error?

It will help me to understand the problem.

Hi Rajeev, I was receiving error code 21.

I have dealed with this problem by setting default zone to another which was Europe. But that doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist.

Also, there is another problem on App Configuration Settings in the AppHQ which doesn't set zone to Europe although you select it. It always sets to Sao Paolo. I have tried on both Chrome and Firefox.
