Email Logs are not showing the mail

Hello, I am using app42 php sdk to send mail but the mails send using the Send Email services there logs are not showing in the email logs. Can you tell me where can I be able to see the logs for those email that I have sent using the sdk. Thanks

Could you please add us as a collaborator in your app so that we can check this issue at our end?

For adding us(collaborator@shephertz.com)as a collaborator please follow the below steps:

AppHQ->App42CloudAPI->AppManager->Collaborator->AddCollaborator(enter the emailId "collaborator@shephertz.com")->Submit

It will help us to provide better support to you from our end.
