Storage Service(findDocumentByQuery) Stopped working with error code 1401

Hello App42,

 

Since recently, I started getting the following Error while using Storage Service (Android library).

I have already checked that I am using the correct appId and secret keys. Also, I checked the device's timezone is correct and even tried to turn off Replay Attack Protection.

 

Storage Service for 'findDocumentByQuery' causing appError:1401, Unauthorized Access; Client is not authorized Error.

Apologies for delayed response.

Could you please share below details with us:

1. The exact values of the parameter you are passing in "findDocumentByQuery" API

2. Complete code snippet of the api call alomg with query creation

Also, please add me(demo@shephertz.com) as a collaborator to your app in AppHQ dashboard and share your app name for which you have added me as collaborator.

To add collaborator, go to App Manager -> Collaborator -> Add Collaborator and provide above email address.

It will help us to understand the problem in better way.

in GUI also i cannot create manually a collection !
