getTopNRankers is not working right ?

Hello shephertz expert,

I am trying to implement a top ranking event, the issue is when I try to test a demo how to use function getTopNRankers in Java.

For example, I start an event in 30 seconds (just for testing) with

• start time : Tue Jun 19 09:54:32
• end time : Tue Jun 19 09:55:02

then I save a user Apple score at the time Tue Jun 19 09:54:45. In theory, when I implement getTopNRankers it must return user Apple, however it returned nothing (data doesn't exist ) in my demo.

Please let me know if I was wrong at somewhere else ?

Hi Kan,

Greetings!!!

In the Get Top N Rankers By Date API of Leaderboard Service, the data which we will get returned will not be in real time, there will be the lag of few hours. It has been mentioned in our documentation of the Get Top N Rankers By Date API. Might be due to this reason issue get happened please check and let us know if the issue still continues.

I did check to try with a greater range ( few days) and it works perfectly.
