Can you please changer your password reset routine

I call your password reset API and it works fine. I get a new password, BUT it is very hard to type because it has punctuation characters in it. Can you please change to to use only ASCII characters (numerals. upper and lowercase alphabet characters).

Hello Huffman,

You can set password policy for your app to fulfill  your requirement. Please follow following steps to set this up from AppHQ Console :

  • Login to AppHQ management Console
  • Click on Business Service Manager >> User Service 
  • Click on Set Password Policy button to set your choice for generating password there. e.g. Capital,Small,Numeric,Special characters etc.
