Send data from one user to another

Is it possible to send data from one user to another? For example, User X want to send User Y an image that uploaded to the server. Is that possible? If that is possible, how to do that?

Yes, you can send the data via push notification to the user in which you can send the URL of an image which you have uploaded. Please have a look at this link to integrate App42 Push Notification and let me know if you required any help from my side.
